How do i wash my shirt?

Our shirts are designed to be machine washable. To keep your HŌM,BOI shirt looking its best:

  • Turn inside out before washing

  • Machine wash cold

Can i dry my shirt?

Yes, our shirts are dryer-safe. We recommend tumble drying on low-medium heat or simply air drying when possible.

Any other tips for preserving the paint?

Some fading may occur after washing, but the design won't be ruined. To help preserve the paint:

  • Turn the shirt inside out before ironing or use a steamer instead

  • If you need to iron before the first wash, place a thin towel or another shirt between the iron and the design.

Are your products unisex?

Yes – all HŌM,BOI apparel is designed to be gender-inclusive and fit-forward for all bodies.

LOcal drop off/pick up?

Yes — within Manhattan, Brooklyn, and The Bronx, Monday-Sunday with flexible timing and location. We’ll coordinate with you after your order to make it easy and convenient.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping is 5-7 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Lost or stolen package?

Once a package is marked as delivered, it becomes the recipient’s responsibility. However, we recommend:

  • Waiting 24-48 hours, as carriers sometimes mark packages "delivered" early

  • Review your shipping address and tracking information

  • Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number

my shirt doesn’t fit?

You can exchange your shirt for another size, provided the item is unwashed, in original condition and with no signs of wear.

Can i return my item?

Is the about face pendant real silver & will it tarnish?

Yes, it is real silver. This piece is 925 sterling silver, handcrafted in NYC. Sterling silver can naturally tarnish over time, this is completely normal, but with a little cleaning with a jewelry polishing cloth, it’s right back to its shiny and bright state.
